We have an uber cool system of rewarding you with virtual points for various activities. The points you earn reflect your reputation on the SSEI Qforum. We all love challenges- what better way to make studying more interesting than having a gamification aspect linked to it!

    For Signing up.

    Each time when a user follows you.

  • 10Points

    For adding a new question.

  • 10Points

    When your answer has been chosen as the best answer.

  • 10Points

    Your question gets a vote.

    For adding an answer.

    Your answer gets a vote.

    For choosing a poll on the question.

Badges System

The Badges system is in place to ensure that the users are distinguished in a fair manner. After all, if you are awesome, your profile should reflect the same!
As you cross various cutoffs by earning points, we award you with badges. This helps others assess your knowledge level while relying on your posts. Say for instance, your question was answered by someone with a badge of The Official Nerd- you will instantly know that you can rely on his/her answer.

  • Beginner
    100 Points

    Because everyone’s got to start somewhere! Every novice gets a Beginner badge

  • Intermediate
    200 Points

    As you progress and get used to the SSEI QForum ecosystem, you get the Intermediate badge.

  • Advanced
    400 Points

    We reward you with the Advanced user badge when we think you are somewhat awesome at your concepts!

  • Pro
    800 Points

    No one can really beat you when it comes to answering challenging questions. Your Pro badge makes you the most trusted amongst your peers.

  • The Official Nerd
    4,000 Points

    This is the highest honour you can be awarded with. The most coveted badge of all, you truly are The Official Nerd if we say so!

  • Asst. Moderator
    100,000 Points

    This Badge is held exclusively by Assistant Moderators who are part of the QForum Team.

  • Moderator
    150,000 Points

    This Badge is held exclusively by Moderators who are part of the Core QForum Team

  • FACULTY
    200,000 Points

    This Badge requires no explanation whatsoever!
