The question was : “Whats the impact of Excess Reserves on money multiplier” since we know m = (1+Cu)/(r+Cu+er) so can’t we write that an increase in excess reserves will decrease the money multiplier? But ICAI has written considering m=1/r

The questions 7(a) was : “Describe the different determinants of money supply in a country.” So can we just give a brief about multiplier and explain 3 determinants as : RBI, Government,Commercial Banks and Customers ?
