The enrolment and registration for November 2024 will open in February 2024 while scholarship window for 2024 will open in September 2023. Should I apply for scholarship this year or next year?

You can apply for scholarship this year. If received it will be valid for nov 24 also. But dont keep too high expectations. All the best
