- Yes, with regard to Record Retention
Solution
C is correct How are we supposed to know that he does not have the data
Hi,
Can you please share the solution?
The answer is C because when we resign form 1 job, as per CFA ethics we are not suppose to take any record of any analysis or anything related to the employer, we need to get back all those things which are belong to employer so the if the former employer give the permission we are not able to maintain records which violate the record retention sub standard.
Ans. One is looking correct at a glance but more appropriate option which suited this ques. is C.
