Hello Sir,
As i discussed with you earlier about giving the CFA L2 exam in Nov21, i planned to complete my classes by august end and then start off with revision and mocks. But I have not been able to complete even half of my course till now. And also now that CFA exams have been deferred from May to Nov, i feel that there would be very high competition in Nov. Student will be preparing from June19/ Dec19 for their exam. So it would be difficult for me. I noticed in Feb21 L1 exams that the minimum passing score went up from 65 to 75 (approx) as students were over prepared. I just want to know what should i do now? Go for nov21 or defer to feb22? Further, please tell what should be my plan of action and timelines for completing classes, revision and mocks. Though the study strategy is not standardised, i feel some guidance from your end is helpful and we can mould it a bit according to our situation. I am a working professional and can devote around 15 hours a week.
Thank you
You already sound afraid of the competition. Don’t hesitate to work hard. The minimum passing score went up so you can push in extra efforts.
Complete the classes as soon as possible and start your revisions immediately.
Be over-prepared and score extra rather than running away from competition.
