Shouldn’t the answer be A bcz we have read that if an analyst has a different view he can issue a separate report…and can dissociate from the research?

The analyst can remove her name from the Group research when there is a conflict with the group research but despite here view her name is concluded in the report and distributed to the clients so now she cant issue a new report and send to the clients
Answer C would be an inappropriate action as it can possibly mislead the clients and their view of the manager. Also, one can step out if not having the comfort of decision being taken by the majority but writing a new report will gonna make an additional and different point of view for a single investment.
