I am not a supporter of this irresponsible fiscal profligacy …print and print as much money as you can ….there is nothing to worry.
We will all be witnessing the havoc and change in world order thats destined to happen and then these propogators of MMT will not have their face to hide.
Hi,
Let’s take a step back n try to understand what is MMT, it is basically saying the government should not be concerned with budget defecit as it can always print as much money it wants and never run out of money.
The good thing abt this is specially in situations like covid, their is no doubt that govt should put money into the hands of the people and should be concerned abt the defecit
However if govt keep doing it, their can be a situation of hyper inflation and ultimately the money will lose it values.
And Why u n me will work, if money is freely available
These are few important questions that proponents of this theory must answer
So in conclusion we can say that it has some merit as far putting more money into people hands are concerned, however how it deal with the resulting evil is something which people are still trying to understand
Sir pls can you explain fiscal n monetary impact because of this?
In question I read int rate can bring significant change? How?
