Many a times we come across questions, when we are sure of the answer (that a violation has indeed occured) but at times, the violation can be conflicting between two standards. In that case, in case of MCQ, the probability of being correct is high but what if it’s an essay type question where you have to mention the standard under which the violation has occurred. How should I go about it? Thanks in advance!

There is a high chance that such a question will not be asked. But for the worst, you may have a broad understanding of the sections – unlikely that you need to precisely mention that particular section. Just mentioning the violation should be enough.
