      In this tree diagram:

      • Starting from the left, you have the initial probability of failure (A) and good rating (B).
      • From there, you branch out to the likelihood of receiving a “good” rating (B) given failure (A) and not receiving a “good” rating (A) given failure (A).
      • You also branch out to the likelihood of receiving a “good” rating (B) given no failure (no A) and not receiving a “good” rating (A) given no failure (no A).
      • The final branches show the probabilities of failure and no failure based on the “good” rating (B) or not receiving a “good” rating (A).
