2nd CF —-> Enter the cash flows as -50 in CF0, Enter 100 in CF1, Enter 0 in CF2, Enter -50 in CF3
Now press NPV
Enter I(IRR) as 0, u will get 0 NPV
Again, Enter I(IRR) as 32 , u will get 4.018 as NPV
Again, Enter 62 as I(IRR), u will get 0 NPV
Which means these 2 IRRs( 0 & 62) produces 0 NPV
