Good Afternoon Sir, I had a doubt in Q9 of Forex Chapter of RTP-Nov’21(attached below)
While calculating the total outflow in Rs. In options 1&2 ie. Paying Immediately and Paying in 60th day, We should Consider the Opportunity Cost of the Return Foregone by investing the cash available if we would have not paid the amount early.
For Case1- We should calculate the return on Rs. 25lakhs for 90 days at 4%pa and add it to the total cost of Rs. 53.9862 Crs.
For Case2- We should calculate the return on 25lakhs for 30days( From 61st day to 90th day) at 4%pa and add it to the total cost of Rs. 53.8774 Crs.
But ICAI has not done the same. So could you please tell that whether logically we should have considered this and what should we do if this Q. comes in exam?
Thank you Sir!

2) In pioneer or rapid growth stage mergers are generally conglomerate or horizontal in nature. This pioneer stage is it the acquirer ‘s pioneer stage or the target’s pioneer stage? From whose perspective will we consider the pioneer stage?
