Thank you so much.. I totally agree with your answer but the way I was thinking is the charges are directly charged under OCI hence NI is biased downward and so do our earnings but yes here they are asking about the direct impact and that's why book value is the right answer.

Obviously with an AA rated... But they are saying that AA rated is not likely to be much tighter spread than low rated i.e. AA would have wider spreads which should not be correct I guess... Please correct me if I am missing anything...
