      There is a mistake in ans of Qn 19 in calculation of value from net income approach. Current year’s PAT=65000 and it will increase by 25% so 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th year’s PAT comes to 81250,101563,126953,158691,198364 respectively@ Sanjay sir plz see it once.

      Put is downside betting. If You Buy put option then you need to pay premium to enjoy the downside and if you are put writer then you will receive premium and suffer downside loss.
      The same is done in this question.
