See for calculating personal income we have to calculate National Income.
We know that people don’t disclose their income correctly so expenditure method is considered more credible than income data.
Thats why to calculate GDP we add back CCA(coz in NI we take PBT & depreciation is already deducted in PBT) & Statistical discrepancy in the national income.(here author refere NI as NDPmp)
But to shift from “Gross” to “Net”, we’ll have to deduct the CCA. They have rather added back.
Thats what i was asking
