See, in this question you have to find sampling error of standard deviation of population SD is square root of 2 which is 1.4142
Now given the sample below calculate its SD via Calc. It will come around 1.6962.
For knowing sampling error of SD just simply find the difference between 1.6962-1.4142=0.2820 hence answer is option A.
